Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates within the Milwaukee and broader WI tech market.
- Conduct market research to understand salary trends and talent availability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or HR, preferably within the Milwaukee market.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
