Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating technical interviews.
- Managing and optimizing job postings on career sites to improve SEO rankings and applicant volume.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to job descriptions and career pages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
