Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Product Management, and QA.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post and optimize job descriptions across multiple job boards to maximize visibility.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse talent pools.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
