Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for ongoing technical openings.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
- Provide exceptional candidate feedback and support throughout the interview process to enhance the candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate activity and manage job orders effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred but not required for high-performers.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site meetings (optional).
