Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Resume Management: Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate pipelines in real-time.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation and offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the San Jose tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology (React, Python, Java, etc. is a plus).
- ATS Proficiency: Must be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our San Jose office (or hybrid) with immediate availability.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter.
