In this role, you will bridge the gap between exceptional candidates and innovative companies. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, leveraging your deep understanding of the tech market to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management) on a part-time basis.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the direct-hire onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software and technology sectors.
- Proven experience in direct-hire placements and headhunting passive candidates.
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing a flexible schedule effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in the New York City area or remotely with strict adherence to deadlines.
