Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Analysis) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and industry trends in El Paso and beyond.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences and maintain a high touch candidate relationship strategy.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering sectors.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-30 hours per week).
