Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, QA, and Data Science.
- Source and screen passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical job functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site networking).
