We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier engineering and IT professionals for our clients across Chicago, IL and Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize advanced search strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools) to identify qualified candidates for Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps roles in the Chicago and Ohio markets.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Candidate Management: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks in Chicago and Ohio to ensure competitive offers.
- Admin: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare offer letters.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR generalist roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours/week) with the potential for growth.
