  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
