Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify high-quality technical candidates for open roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Client Communication: Act as a key bridge between clients and candidates, managing expectations, providing market insights, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate, timely, and detailed candidate records.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical requirements to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Location: Must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule that aligns with business needs (approx. 20-25 hours/week).
