Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to advise hiring managers effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
