Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the candidate journey from application to offer, providing exceptional communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of the IT/software development landscape and technical roles.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
