Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub) to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough phone screens to assess technical skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the team to refine job descriptions and optimize hiring strategies.
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, Engineering, QA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Boolean search strings and sourcing tools is a plus.
