As a Part-Time Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier talent with exciting opportunities in the tech industry. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and major job boards.
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Posting and optimizing job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define precise job requirements and technical stacks.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinating interview schedules and providing timely feedback to candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to start immediately.
