Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineering, data science, and IT positions.
- Coordinating interviews, scheduling, and providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Building a robust talent pipeline for current and future open roles.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and various tech stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and organization.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Los Angeles, CA.
