Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct technical phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Build a robust pipeline of passive candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically within the software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings.
