Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA) within the UK market.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct professional phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the offer process for successful candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring pipeline coverage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the UK IT market and technical stack requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote/part-time capacity.
- Ability to travel to London office for occasional team meetings (optional).
