- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Plano, TX
- Research and recommend housing, schools, and community resources for relocating candidates
- Collaborate with HR teams to design competitive relocation packages
- Conduct virtual tours of Plano's tech hubs and networking opportunities
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Build relationships with local real estate, moving, and service providers
- Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their relocation journey
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in relocation coordination or HR support
- Deep knowledge of Plano's tech ecosystem and local amenities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
