Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS integrations
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+/Network+)
- 2+ years experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
- Valid U.S. work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Certifications in cybersecurity or cloud technologies preferred
