Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java/Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile sprints
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, OWASP Top 10)
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and tech talks
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus/Grafana
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development in cloud environments
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages
- Strong experience with distributed systems and databases
- Certified AWS/GCP professional preferred
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
