Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud systems (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Lead migration projects for on-premise to hybrid cloud environments
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Mentor junior IT staff and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure and Cisco networking required
- Proven expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
