Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead agile sprints with distributed international teams
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams across 8+ countries
- Drive technical innovation in AI/ML integration

Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with cloud frameworks
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven ability to work in multicultural teams
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience with remote collaboration tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects
