We're seeking a dynamic Part-Time Tech Relocation Specialist to provide concierge-level support for incoming tech talent. Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Portland, including housing, schools, and community integration
- Act as primary liaison between relocating tech talent and local service providers (real estate, movers, schools)
- Develop personalized relocation packages leveraging Portland's tech resources and startup ecosystem
- Conduct virtual and in-person neighborhood tours highlighting tech-friendly communities
- Maintain database of Portland tech resources, visa requirements, and relocation incentives
- Track relocation KPIs and provide monthly reports to leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in relocation services, HR coordination, or client-facing tech roles
- Deep knowledge of Portland's tech landscape (Silicon Forest, startups, major employers)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse cultures
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relocation management software
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record (for neighborhood tours)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for client needs
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) or equivalent preferred
