Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Lexington, including housing assistance, school transfers, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation packages leveraging local tech resources and partnerships with regional employers
- Conduct virtual and in-person orientation sessions covering Lexington's tech ecosystem, cost of living, and cultural amenities
- Collaborate with HR departments to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of relocated talent
- Track relocation metrics and provide monthly reports on satisfaction rates and program improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agencies, schools, and cultural institutions
- Stay current on Lexington's tech industry trends and employer needs to enhance service offerings
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or tech talent acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Lexington's tech sector, including major employers and innovation hubs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to empathize with high-stakes relocation scenarios
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relocation management software
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
