Responsibilities
- Coordinate local and long-distance moving logistics, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Prepare and review essential relocation documentation, including inventory lists and packing guidelines.
- Provide top-tier customer support, answering inquiries and resolving relocation issues efficiently.
- Inspect moving equipment and supplies to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the full-time operations team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
- Assist with the physical aspects of moving, including loading and unloading goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in logistics or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
