Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed initial consultations with clients to assess their relocation needs, budget, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive moving plans and coordinate logistics with third-party vendors and moving crews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the entire moving process.
- Oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation, including contracts, inventory lists, and insurance verification.
- Coordinate packing, loading, and unloading schedules to minimize downtime for clients.
- Manage unexpected challenges efficiently to ensure a seamless transition experience.
- Provide post-move follow-up to verify client satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or the moving industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and moving management software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
