Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software to track inventory status.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
