Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for clients moving to/from Fresno and surrounding Central Valley areas
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to develop personalized relocation plans
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, storage facilities, and service providers
- Provide detailed market information on neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Assist with housing searches and lease negotiations when required
- Prepare comprehensive relocation packets and resource guides
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Respond promptly to client inquiries with solutions-oriented communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation coordination, customer service, or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, YRC) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Knowledge of Fresno housing market and community resources
- Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends for client consultations
