Responsibilities
- Coordinate seamless relocation logistics for inbound/outbound clients
- Research and recommend Portland neighborhoods matching client criteria
- Connect clients with essential services: schools, healthcare, and local amenities
- Facilitate vendor partnerships with moving companies and housing specialists
- Maintain detailed relocation documentation and client databases
- Provide personalized orientation tours of Portland's cultural highlights
- Track client satisfaction metrics and optimize relocation workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in relocation coordination or customer service
- Deep knowledge of Portland neighborhoods, schools, and resources
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and relocation management tools
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation a plus
