Responsibilities
- Coordinate housing tours and neighborhood introductions for relocating professionals
- Develop customized relocation packages with local resources and community insights
- Provide logistical support for school enrollment, utility setup, and transportation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Seattle's neighborhoods and amenities
- Build and nurture relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Track relocation progress and provide follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or relocation coordination
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Deep familiarity with Seattle neighborhoods, services, and cultural landscape
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for client transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
