Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications and resumes to match skills with open positions.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate face-to-face or virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build Pipelines: Maintain and update a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Post Jobs: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media channels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus.
