- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues via remote and on-site assistance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Implement system patches, updates, and cybersecurity measures

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in IT support/help desk environments
