Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium seasonal crops (berries, leafy greens, vegetables)
- Operate farm equipment safely (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and grading

- Assist with planting and field maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Previous agriculture/farm experience preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, weather)
