Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all H2A safety protocols, farm regulations, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist with general farm maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid identification and legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate standard farm equipment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not required.
