Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers) using proper techniques
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with safety protocols
- Sort, pack, and load produce according to quality standards
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA regulations
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
- Report crop health and field conditions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 3 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
