Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for hiring events in LA and NC
- Manage vendor relationships and venue bookings
- Recruit and train event staff volunteers
- Develop promotional materials for attendee engagement
- Track event metrics and post-event analytics
- Collaborate with HR teams on candidate screening
- Maintain inventory for event supplies and technology
Qualifications
- 1+ years in event coordination or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM and event management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between LA and NC (4x/year)
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license for local transportation
