- Collect and analyze post-event metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and employer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events across digital and physical channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for event travel
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance
