Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional on-site support
- Coordinate with vendors and event staff for seamless operations
- Handle basic AV equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Assist with event flow management and guest inquiries
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and report maintenance needs
- Support post-event cleanup and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of event setup and AV equipment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must be 18+ years old
