Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units following evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
- Complete paid training modules and clinical rotations
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license from country of origin
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree (3+ years preferred)
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90+)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- CPR/BLS certification (will be provided if needed)
