Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient information and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license or eligibility for licensure in California
- BSN degree (or equivalent international credentials)
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN exam (or equivalent for international nurses)
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience (or new graduates with exceptional training)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to obtain required work visa sponsorship (H1B or TN)
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Current BLS certification (will be provided during training)
