Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures
- Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance standards
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergencies with swift clinical interventions
Qualifications
- BSN degree or equivalent international nursing qualification
- Active RN license (or eligible for Florida licensure via CGFNS)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship
- Passionate about patient advocacy and evidence-based practice
