Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as priority
- Document patient assessments and care progress using advanced EHR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient education
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
- Eligibility for TN or H1B visa sponsorship (international candidates)
