Responsibilities
- Perform general farm labor including planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect tools and machinery for maintenance needs and report damages.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while working.
- Pack harvested produce and prepare goods for shipment.
- Work in various weather conditions and maintain high physical stamina.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments, including heat, rain, and dust.
- Basic English language skills for communication with supervisors and team members.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
