Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with company goals and budget.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of supervisors and operators to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
