Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-day operations of the Washington, DC office to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Ability: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
