Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows and logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Manage and interpret complex data to drive decision-making regarding budget allocation and resource distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team to meet organizational KPIs.
- Implement process improvements and Lean methodologies to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the District of Columbia.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term operational strategies and business plans.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving operational processes.
- Excellent proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
