Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily logistics and operational workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, forecast issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with supply chain vendors and internal departments to optimize inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Prepare and manage the annual operational budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or logistics supervision.
- Proven experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
