Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance coaching
- Develop and maintain SOPs for operational procedures
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse/distribution management experience
- Proven track record in inventory control and logistics optimization
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
