Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, warehousing, and distribution functions
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational specialists, fostering a culture of accountability
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational resources
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize transportation and inventory management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong expertise in process mapping and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
