Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that drive cost reduction and efficiency.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet financial targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding business operations.
- Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at scaling operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role within the technology or supply chain sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
